Life can be challenging and difficult at times
Psychotherapy offers a space you can gift yourself — a space to be held, understood, and invited into new possibilities. I provide a safe, open, and thoughtful environment where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself.
When we are in the midst of struggle, it can be difficult to see clearly what is asking for attention. Therapy offers a place to pause and reflect on your patterns, your relationships, and the wider story of your life. With time and care, what once felt tangled can begin to make more sense. From there, it becomes possible to live and relate with greater freedom and fullness. I will walk beside you along the way.
Healing and growth often happen in relationships where we feel seen and accepted. Our work will be uniquely shaped around who you are and what you bring, whether you come on your own or as a couple. I work holistically, exploring how your present concerns sit within the wider landscape of your life. I work creatively and collaboratively, as I believe therapy can be not only meaningful, but also enriching and enjoyable.
About Me
I am a transpersonal and integrative psychotherapist based in London, working with individuals and couples.
I came into this work through a long-standing curiosity about how people make sense of their lives — especially in times of loss and uncertainty. I’m drawn to the places where things feel complex or contradictory, and where, with patience and attention, something new may begin to take shape.
My work is thoughtful and relational — at times playful and exploratory — but always grounded and practical.
Over the past six years, I have built a full private practice, supporting people through grief, identity questions, relationship difficulties, and life changes.
I speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and identities.
Outside of work, I’m drawn to the quieter side of life. Nature, pottery, archery, and cooking help me stay present to the richness of the everyday.
You can find more about my training and background on the Professional Information page.
